1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pakgem ("pakgem", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pakgem website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting facilities, and all associated services (collectively the "Services").
1.2 By accessing the pakgem platform through any device or browser, completing registration, or engaging with any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all registered users and to any person who accesses or browses the pakgem platform without registering.

3.1 To access most Services on pakgem, you are required to register a user account. Each person may hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and an active Pakistani mobile number. You are required to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: pakgem is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a clear photograph of your valid CNIC (front and back). Additional documentation may be requested if there is any uncertainty regarding identity or the source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pakgem will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify pakgem immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
3.5 pakgem accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your pakgem account or any rights attached to it to any third party.
4.1 All transactions on the pakgem platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pakgem does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
pakgem currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card, and USDT TRC20.
Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. pakgem reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that, in pakgem's reasonable assessment, warrants enhanced due diligence.
In the event that funds are credited to a pakgem account due to a technical error or in circumstances where pakgem was not the intended recipient, pakgem reserves the right to reverse or correct such credits. Any bets placed or games played using incorrectly credited funds may be voided.
5.1 All bets and game rounds placed on the pakgem platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Game-specific rules are available within the game interface or the game information section of the platform.
5.2 Once a bet or game round has been confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. pakgem reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that resulted from a technical malfunction, system error, pricing error, or human error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.
5.3 In sports betting, all markets are subject to the event completing under the rules specified. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with pakgem's sport-specific settlement rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
5.4 All game outcomes in the pakgem Casino lobby that rely on random number generation use independently certified RNG software. The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game's information screen.
6.1 From time to time, pakgem may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus terms in this clause apply.
6.2 Bonuses credited to a pakgem account may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion will be stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
6.3 pakgem reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Abuse of the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating activity with other users – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
7.1 Users of the pakgem platform are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
7.2 pakgem reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, pakgem may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8.2 Self-Exclusion: Any user may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent by contacting [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. pakgem will use reasonable endeavours to identify and close any new accounts registered by a self-excluded user.

9.1 All intellectual property rights in the pakgem platform, including but not limited to the pakgem brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to pakgem. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any of the foregoing.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pakgem platform without the prior written consent of pakgem.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgem excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and its Services. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.2 pakgem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
10.3 pakgem's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by pakgem is governed by the pakgem Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pakgem will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers engaged by pakgem for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
12.1 You may close your pakgem account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and provided there is no outstanding investigation.
12.2 pakgem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; technical issues; or regulatory requirements.
12.3 Any balance in a suspended or closed account will be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the account holder upon conclusion of the investigation.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
13.2 In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or a game outcome, the decision of pakgem's technical system logs shall be considered definitive unless there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction. All formal disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed transaction or event.
